VXN® is a dance fitness format inspired by the live stage experience and culture of HipHop, EDM, Latin & Pop Music. Each class offers a unique integration of endurance, strength, and flexibility creatively designed to target specific fitness goals, such as cardiorespiratory endurance, muscle strength, and increased flexibility. Experienced VXN participants can burn an upwards of 600+ calories in a single session, offering a cardio experience like no other.
