CLASS DESCRIPTION:
HIIT is defined as High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT can also increase metabolism, reduce insulin resistance, and improve cardiac function. In addition, HIIT can produce faster gains in endurance levels than steady state cardio training. Intervals are usually completed in (30 & 45 second intervals – up to 1 minute)
